Total Microbiome Platform

We built an integrated platform that analyzes various environmental factors affecting the microbial flora and the distribution of the microorganisms, and uses this data to check the relationship between human diseases, genes, and drugs. Furthermore, AI-based text mining techniques can be used to identify literature related to diseases and gut microbiome.
