Creation Healthcare Launches Platform to Analyze Global Social Media Discourse Among Healthcare Professionals
Creation Healthcare has launched HCP Voice, a real-time analytics platform built to track and interpret the social media conversations of millions of healthcare professionals (HCPs) worldwide. The platform provides pharmaceutical companies with access to specialty-specific, regionally filtered HCP discourse on therapies, trials, manufacturers, and global events—based on data from more than 3 million HCP profiles and nearly 2 billion posts.
HCP Voice expands Creation’s product line following the September 2024 launch of DOL Finder, a tool designed to identify and rank influential digital opinion leaders in disease-specific conversations such as type 2 diabetes. The two platforms together aim to give life sciences teams detailed visibility into both individual HCP influence and collective discussion dynamics.

In a demonstration focused on type 2 diabetes, HCP Voice revealed that endocrinologists dominated online engagement, with conversations centering on GLP-1 and SGLT2 inhibitors. The platform also identified high-impact trials like FLOW, STEP, and SELECT, along with engagement trends tied to major congresses. Users can filter data by time, region, language, and medical specialty, enabling companies to tailor engagement strategies around treatment launches, trial announcements, or conference follow-ups.
Beyond tracking product mentions and sentiment, the platform provides heatmaps, linguistic analysis, and insight into top-shared resources and accounts, offering pharma teams the tools to refine marketing approaches and anticipate emerging topics in clinician discourse.
