Deluge's technology was developed by laboratories at the Scripps Research Institute.
Deluge libraries comprise PICCO molecules (peptoid-inspired conformationally constrained oligomers). PICCOs are able to drug protein-protein interaction and allosteric sites with higher affinity. Libraries are screened using a novel FACS-based technology.
