Now entering its 12th year, the Aging Research & Drug Discovery (ARDD) Meeting is recognized as the largest and most influential conference focused on aging biology and translational geroscience within the biopharmaceutical industry. Hosted by the University of Copenhagen, ARDD2025 will convene academic researchers, biotech founders, pharma executives, public-sector leaders, and clinicians for a five-day hybrid event designed to advance interventions for age-associated diseases.
This year’s meeting is framed against a significant demographic milestone—according to the UN, the global population aged 65+ now exceeds that of children under five. The event aims to address the biomedical and economic implications of this shift by accelerating the translation of aging research into therapeutic strategies.
Keynote Speakers
Prof. Morten Meldal, University of Copenhagen
2022 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry
Recognized for co-developing click chemistry, Meldal’s methods have become foundational in peptide synthesis and drug design.
Prof. Michael Levitt, Stanford University
2013 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry
A pioneer in multiscale molecular modeling, Levitt’s work underpins key advances in structural biology and computational pharmacology.
Featured Themes
ARDD2025 offers access to leading voices in aging science, exclusive insights from pharmaceutical R&D teams, and a platform for cross-sector collaboration. Attendees will gain exposure to frontier research, new clinical models, and investment trends shaping the future of longevity science.
The 2024 meeting featured contributions from Biogen, Eli Lilly, Novartis, and others. This year, the program expands its global footprint with broader institutional representation and enhanced virtual participation options.
Notable participants at ARDD 2025 include Andrew Adams of Eli Lilly, Kristen Fortney of BioAge, and David Sinclair of Harvard Medical School, alongside representatives from Novartis, Regeneron, Biogen, Lundbeck, and ARPA-H.
