Sudhakaran Prabakaran, PhD, is co-founder and CEO of NonExomics. He was formerly Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetics at the University of Cambridge, where he spent more than a decade developing some of the field’s earliest pipelines for non-canonical protein discovery. His work has been published in Nature Communications, Genome Research, Molecular Psychiatry, npj Genomic Medicine, and Molecular Systems Biology. He is the author of Eclipsed Horizons: Unveiling the Dark Genome (World Scientific, 2026).
