Anthony has 17 years’ M&A experience and has worked on transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $5bn.
Prior to joining Cavendish, he spent seven years at Grant Thornton focused on UK mid-market technology transactions. Anthony trained in corporate finance at Ernst & Young in London and went on to lead several large global M&A processes in the technology sector, a sector in which he has led and originated deals for the last 12 years. Key areas of focus have been software, vertical applications, IT managed services, cyber security and telecoms.
Anthony started his career providing technology product support at Thomson Financial before spending time as a derivatives trader focused on European stock indices.
He has a BA honours degree in Business Studies and also holds the ICAEW Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance.
