On 8^th June 2022, the sale of Tepnel Pharma Services Limited (“Tepnel”) to Tepnel Life Sciences Trustees Limited (the “Trust”) was completed, creating an Employee-Owned Quality Control (QC) laboratory.  This step in the growth and development of Tepnel delivers another of our strategic goals to ensure that Tepnel remains in Scotland, under Employee Ownership, offering opportunities for existing and future life scientists to create value for our customers, patients, and themselves.
